　　The logistics department of HAWKER&EnerSys global headquarters develops transportation procedures for all HAWKER&EnerSys North American companies.

　　The logistics team is responsible for selecting and managing water, air, and sea freight suppliers, as well as international freight forwarders and customs brokers. In addition, the logistics team also provides transportation cost quotations, guidance on dangerous goods and truck transportation supervision, support related to customs, and guidance on freight payment processes, cargo claims, and freight route planning guidelines. The logistics department is also responsible for ensuring the integrity of all goods shipped to the United States under the U.S. Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism Program (C-TPAT) created by Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
