  The Hawker AGV Safe series lead-acid battery charger is an intelligent automatic charger with a high-frequency switching power supply as the core, a high-frequency high admittance crystal transformer as the main power converter, and microcomputer control.

  High tech applications improve the overall conversion efficiency of the machine. The product has significant features of high efficiency and energy saving, saving 20% -30% more energy than traditional chargers.

  This series of microcomputers is equipped with multiple battery charging programs, accurately simulating the charging curves of different types of batteries. By choosing different charging schemes, lead-acid batteries such as AGM, colloid, semi colloid, and rich liquid water can be charged.

  The charging system consists of a binary closed-loop circuit consisting of a charger and a charged battery. DU/dt and dI/dt techniques are used to dynamically track the current received by the battery. The microcomputer automatically determines the parameters of the online charging program based on the battery status, controls the output current and voltage charging time, so that the charging current of the battery from start to end is within an acceptable curve, and the battery has almost no conditions for gas evolution. Not only does it save power and achieve fast charging, but it also does not damage the battery and extends its lifespan. The current output is in pulse current mode, which increases the battery charging capacity, reduces polarization concentration, electrochemical polarization, and reduces gas generation.

  This series of chargers has anti battery reverse connection, output short circuit, and output overload protection. It also has an automatic power on/off function and can be connected to a long-term input power source. Need to charge, connect battery pack, charger working; Not charging, disconnect the battery pack, the charger stops working, the operation is very simple and user-friendly.

  Protection features

  Overheating protection: When the internal temperature of the charger exceeds 75 degrees, the charger can be turned off and the temperature will automatically drop to charge the battery.

  Short circuit protection: When the charger output unexpectedly short circuits, the charger automatically shuts off the output. After troubleshooting, the charging process will be delayed for 10 seconds before resuming.

  Indicator light display

  Red light - charging in progress.

  Yellow light - The light is on, indicating that the battery has entered float charging mode. When the yellow light is on, the battery level has reached 90%. After 2 hours, it reached over 96%. After 5 hours, it reaches over 99%.

  Light green - Charging program completed. The battery capacity is greater than 100%.
