EV48-20 HUADA HAWKER ED2901 AGV LITHIUM BATTERY
The HUADA HAWKER EV series power battery is an advanced level lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) power battery system. It has high energy density, long cycle life, excellent charge and discharge performance, and good temperature performance, making it a new generation of high safety and high reliability green power supply.
This series of batteries is designed and produced using the latest developed Battery Management System (BMS) specifically for mobile mechanical equipment, online charging, and wireless charging. It has advanced battery self-management, communication, alarm, and short-term fast charging functions.
HAWKER Lithium Battery Technology Agreement:
Charging protection: If the maximum individual voltage is higher than 3.7V, the charging will be automatically cut off.
Discharge protection: If the minimum single string voltage is below 2.7V, the discharge will be automatically cut off.
Over temperature protection: If the internal temperature of the battery exceeds 65 ℃, it will automatically cut off charging/discharging.
Low temperature protection: If the internal temperature of the battery is below -5 ℃, it will automatically cut off charging/discharging.
Short circuit protection: Match according to battery capacity.
Overcurrent protection: Match according to battery capacity.
SOC (State of Charge): Real time calculation of battery power with measurement error less than 5%.
Power indicator light: It has a 5-stage power display.
Alarm LED light: If it does not light up normally and flashes, it indicates an alarm.
Communication: 485 interface of standard MODbus protocol, CAN interface.
Digital signal output: Two dry contact signals are output, and the upper computer can set the output logic.
Analog signal output: Analog output of 0V~5V, corresponding to SOC 0%~100%.
